Seeking applicants for a Bidding Coordinator/General Office Administrator.
Be an integral part of our office team. The Bidding Coordinator works closely with the estimating department to prepare all documents for bid day, keep on-line plan room up to date, work with our bonding company regarding bonds and insurance, call potential subcontractors, and occasionally deliver bids to Owners. Support for the project management team will include the gathering, organizing, and distribution of physical and electronic close-out documentation.
