A fourth -generation Spitz in the construction business, Jeff began his career working in the field during the summer after studying carpentry in high school at BOCES. After earning an Associate of Science Degree from Finger Lakes Community College, Jeff worked as an Assistant Project Manager while completing his Bachelors of Science in Construction Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology graduating with honors, Phi Theta Kappa and Phi Beta Gamma, in 2004.
As a principal of the firm, Jeff is committed to Javen’s core values to ensure client satisfaction and continued success as an organization. Working closely with the project managers, he is involved from pre-construction through close-out. Jeff is instrumental in maintaining Javen’s long-standing relationships with clients such as Rochester General Hospital, UBS, and Linden Oaks giving these private clients as much time and attention needed to move their projects forward to a successful completion.
