Jeffrey P. Spitz

President, Project Executive

A Principal of the firm since 2015, Jeff manages the Rochester office and is involved from pre-construction through close-out for each Rochester-area projects. He is involved with estimating most major projects regardless of the location with assistance from project managers and the Vice President.

Jeff began his career working in the field during the summer after studying carpentry in high school at BOCES. After earning an Associate of Science Degree from Finger Lakes Community College, Jeff worked as an Assistant Project Manager while completing his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology graduating with honors, Phi Theta Kappa and Phi Beta Gamma, in 2004. Coursework and years of constructing projects in a variety of markets has prepared Jeff well for his management role at Javen.

Jeff is committed to Javen’s core values to ensure client satisfaction and continued success as an organization. He is instrumental in maintaining Javen’s legacy relationships with clients such as Rochester General Hospital, UBS, and Linden Oaks giving these private clients as much time and attention needed to move their projects forward to a successful completion.

Together Jeff and his brother, Brendan, will guide Javen Construction into the future providing meaningful employment and improving our communities for many years to come.
