Douglas B. O’Neil


An accounting professional, Doug joined Javen in 2020 after working for local construction firms as well as a large out-of-state firm. He holds both a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarkson University and a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College. Doug’s wide range of experience includes management of a Contract Admin department in a large firm, oversight of all accounting functions including work-in-process and job cost reporting, strategic planning, development of policies and procedures, insurance and bonding liaison, managing cash flow, and preparing financial statements.

At Javen, Doug’s responsibilities mirror much of his past experience. He works closely with all office staff and management as ultimately the completeness and accuracy of our financial statements are his responsibility as well as approval of AP payments, review of PR checks and all compliance issues. Doug interfaces with our Insurance/Bonding, Accounting, Safety, and Technology professionals.

Using his strong analytic and reporting skills, Doug will help management make informed decisions to help guide Javen into the future.
